We engaged Mutiara Axis across two separate projects โ first for the Pricing Strategy Review and then, about eight months later, for the Brand Positioning Advisory. In both cases, what distinguished the experience was the quality of the initial information-gathering. The questions they asked at the outset were unusually specific, which meant the outputs were tailored rather than generic.
For the pricing work, we came away with a clearer sense of how our service tiers related to our cost base โ something we had not quantified with any rigour before. The brand work was more involved and required more input from our side, but the resulting positioning document became a reference point for our next recruitment cycle and our agency brief.
I have recommended Mutiara Axis to two other business owners I know. Both were in situations where the challenge was genuinely defined but the internal capacity to analyse it was limited. That seems to be where this kind of engagement is most valuable.
